KEVIN B. GAVIN

President and Chief Executive Officer

Kevin B. Gavin is President and CEO. Since founding Accurate Computer (Now SECTRA) in 1990, he has expanded the company to its current status as one of the world's leading providers of Ocean, Air and Truck AMS and Global Supply Chain Management. Under Mr. Gavin’s leadership, SECTRA has grown from servicing a handful of companies to today over 180. SECTRA LLC., now operates in over 50 Countries and services thousands of users. SECTRA is a US Customs certified Service Bureau. Kevin’s background spans 6 years in the U.S. Navy and 20 Years servicing the International Trade Community. Mr. Gavin provides SECTRA with Technological and Operational direction to guide the development of new products and services.

JOHANNE KNOWLTON

Vice President of Product Development

Johanne Knowlton joined SECTRA in 1997 and quickly established her role as a visionary and executor of new product development. Knowlton’s 16 + years experience as an exceptional programmer, project manager and leader enable her to implement exceptional enhancements to SECTRA’s workflow management software. Johanne was Class Valedictorian and she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, with a minor in Computer Science, from the University of Massachusetts and a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley College. Johanne architected our AMS offering and it’s user Interface is recognized as the best in the industry.

PETER GOLDBERG

Vice President of Research and Development

Peter Goldberg became part of the SECTRA team in 1996 bringing with him almost 20 years experience as a specialist in data integration technologies. With a strong foundation in Visual Basic, Active Server Pages and SQL Server, Peter consistently integrates leading technologies. His developments include web applications that simplify parts warehousing, shipment tracking and quality assurance. Peter provides error free redundant, automated data integration methodologies. Most recently he has developed automatic processes that interface with US Customs. His forethought and precise engineering make him a valuable member of the group.

RUSS CARR

Senior Programmer Analyst

Russ joined SECTRA in 1995 after 20 years with Digital Equipment Corporation. Over the past few years Russ Carr has becomes SECTRA’s import process expert. Through in-depth customer contact and communication with US Customs he has learned the ins and outs of the import process. This knowledge combined with thirty years experience designing information systems enable him to expertly implement customs house brokerage and freight forwarding software systems. For the past nine years Russ has been a valuable member of the SECTRA. Russ also has intimate knowledge required to Process EDI Carrier, Customer and Forwarder Data. Russ has delivered our Purchase Order and ASN automation for large Retailers.

LINDA HONDRAS

Programmer

Linda Hondras is a talented programmer who has transitioned into the custom brokerage and freight forwarding industry with great ease. She joined the firm in 1999 and learned about the industry by working directly with SECTRA clients. Most recently she has been concentrating on developing reports for SECTRA’s TrackingPro system. Linda services the custom programming requirements of some of our largest customers.
